Opel Ireland Brand Ambassador
An Irish rugby sevens and rugby union player from Tipperary, winger Amee Leigh Murphy Crowe began her illustrious rugby career aged 15 in her local club Clanwilliam. She was selected for the Munster Senior 15s side aged 18, was quickly identified as a talent and invited to play with the Ireland Women’s Sevens.
Amee Leigh won deserved fame as the first northern-hemisphere player to win the top try scorer on the 2018 / 2019 World Sevens Series circuit, scoring 35 tries for Ireland and named in the tournament’s Dream Team. To date, Amee Leigh has made 131 appearances for Ireland sevens, scoring 98 tries. She also plays club rugby for Railway Union.
In 2020, the new Opel ambassador returned to playing 15s rugby, as rugby sevens matches were on hold due to the COVID pandemic. Called up to the Ireland 15s team, for the 2021 Women’s Six Nations Championship, Amee Leigh’s strong performance against Italy helped Ireland to finish third overall.

Baz Ashmawy

Baz Ashmawy is an Emmy and IFTA Award Winning TV and Radio Broadcaster who has been a truly exciting Talent on our airwaves for more than ten years. Ashmawy is best known for Emmy winning programme 50 Ways to Kill Your Mammy, which was first broadcast in 2014. The show is based on Baz inserting his 71-year-old mother Nancy into various dare-devil situations, and documenting her typical Irish mammy reactions to the situations
Most recently, Baz presents ‘DIY SOS’ on RTÉ One. During this show, Baz and his team set out to renovate the homes of deserving families, changing their lives forever.
With such a busy schedule as a broadcaster, TV presenter and writer, Baz feels right at home clocking up the motorway miles in his New Opel Grandland.
Linda Djougang
Opel Ireland Brand Ambassador
Linda, who moved to Ireland from Cameroon at the tender young age of 9, grew up in Rush, County Dublin, and is a nursing graduate from Trinity College Dublin.
Her first taste of rugby came as a 17-year-old intern when, in a bid to meet new friends in her workplace, Linda put her name down to play tag rugby, having never played before; indeed, she had to Google “what is rugby?”. A happy accident, she quickly developed a passion for the sport, and her obvious talent was spotted by Wanderers FC, where she was invited to play, later moving to Old Belvedere. In 2018, Linda made her inter-provincial debut for Leinster, versus Ulster. She scored a try for Leinster against Harlequins in December 2019, in the first women’s club game to be played in Twickenham. In August 2021, the IRFU announced Linda’s move from Leinster Rugby to ASM Romagnat Rugby Feminin in France, where she gained huge experience.
A former Trinity Sports Person of the Year winner, Linda and her XVs comrades, can look back on the recent Six Nations 2023 competition as a steep learning curve for the young team, with the first building blocks now laid for future campaigns.
Speaking at the presentation of her new Opel Mokka, at Gowan Auto’s new HQ, Linda said: “This is an absolute dream come true for me. I keep pinching myself. I am over the moon with my new Opel Mokka. Stacey Flood
Opel Ireland Brand Ambassador
From Rathmines, Dublin, and the youngest of six children, Stacey holds a degree in technology management from the National College of Ireland. A renowned sportswoman, Stacey played soccer with Cambridge Girls and ladies gaelic football for
Clanna Gael Fontenoy GAA and her county Dublin, up to under-18 level, before she joined her beloved Railway Union club in 2014. Stacey quickly discovered a passion for rugby through the Ireland Women's Sevens pathway.
The left-footed place-kicker first played for the Irish U18 Sevens side in 2014 and was quickly contracted to Ireland's Sevens programme in 2015, aged 18. She made her international senior Sevens debut, in Kazan in 2015 and since then has played at every stage of the World Rugby Sevens Series. In May 2018 she was selected on the Dream Team at the Canadian leg of the World Rugby Sevens Series, and she made her mark as a key player in Ireland’s bid to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics in 2019.Flood was among five of Ireland's Sevens players called in to the national XVs squad in October 2020 and in the 2021 Women's Six Nations she made her Ireland debut against Wales. Stacey, together with her comrades, looks back on the 2022 TikTok Women’s Six Nations campaign as a steep learning curve, a building block where they all saw glimpses of what the squad is capable of.

Al Foran
Blackstone Motors Opel Brand Ambassador
In July 2022, Al proudly became a brand ambassador for Blackstone Opel Dundalk and Cavan, since then he has collaborated with fellow brand ambassadors, champion boxers Eric Donovan & Amy Broadhurst and also featured as a special guest for the Dundalk FC season launch night at Opel Blackstone in Dundalk.
Al has been one of the leading Entertainers on social media in Ireland, the UK & the U.S. for nearly a decade now.
Al is an impressionist & mimic of extraordinary talent and has over a hundred separate voices in his arsenal of comedic impressions, but his stand-outs are Conor McGregor, Robert DeNiro, Joe Pesci, Mike Tyson, Eddie Murphy, Donald Trump, Roy Keane, Jose Mourinho, Eamon Dunphy, Katie Taylor and many others who he weaves into situations that stand out for their hilarity and just good laugh out loud fun.
Al took to the stage in early 2018 for his first Live Irish tour. The tour took in such venues as The Limelight in Belfast,The Opera House in Cork, Dolans in Limerick, Vicar Street in Dublin and many others.
He also recently appeared in the Olympia Panto as the Impressionist Prince in "Cinderella".
In 2020, Al decided to start his own podcast totalling 34 episodes with well known guests like Andy Cole, Tony Bellew, Conor Moore, Rorys Stories, Paddy McGuinness, Alexander Volkanovski, Ariel Helwani, Ken Doherty, Chris Kamara and many more.
He has worked alongside some of the biggest sporting stars in the world like Rio Ferdinand, Paul Scholes, Tony Bellew, Tyson Fury, Ricky Hatton, A.P. McCoy, Andy Cole, Harry Redknapp and most recently performed in the Manchester suite in Old Trafford in front of Sir Alex Ferguson.
He also starred in the ITVX series "Deep Fake Neighbour Wars" in 2023, playing the roles of Conor McGregor & Mark Wahlberg.

Amy Broadhurst
In July 2022, Amy proudly became a brand ambassador for Blackstone Opel Dundalk and Cavan. Amy is in fulltime high performance training at the Sport Ireland Campus in Abbotstown, Dublin – and she drives there, in style, every day in her 2023 Opel Astra.
Amy says “It’s such an eye-catching car; and there’s a real touch of luxury in driving it because of its forward-thinking design. I bring a huge amount of gear with me to training, and the generous boot capacity is ideal. "2022 World, European and Commonwealth Champion, Amy Broadhurst, laced-up her boxing gloves when she was just 5 years old – and took her first steps on the road to Paris.
The proud Dundalk woman claimed her first Irish title aged just 13 – two years later, she won her first title in a Team Ireland vest at the 2012 EUBC European Women's Junior Championships.
Since then, she has won two European U22 titles, numerous multi-nations and internationals, and she is gearing up to box for Ireland, and for qualification at the Paris Olympics, this summer at European Games in Poland.
Eric Donovan
Champion boxer Eric Donovan is inspiring the next generation since retiring from the professional game as EU Super Featherweight title holder in September 2022. Today, the Kildare native is passing on his knowledge to a new wave of talented fighters with dreams of making the Olympic Games.
Eric became a Blackstone Opel Dundalk and Cavan brand ambassador in September 2022.
“I linked up with Blackstone Opel as their brand ambassador in September 2022, just before the first episode of Ultimate Hell Week went out and a few weeks before my European title fight,” Donovan explained. “The link with Blackstone Opel has been a good omen for me. I take great pride in my role as brand ambassador for Blackstone Opel, which takes me all over the country. Driving the Opel Grandland provides the kind of comfort and security that’s invaluable when you have a young family.”"
The public have come to know and admire him for his honesty and resilience during a turbulent career. His decorated amateur days included five Irish senior titles and two European bronze medals. Then, at 28, he stepped out of the ring to concentrate on his education, which had been neglected during those formative years.
After three years away from the sport, he decided to pursue his true passion once more. His odds, turning pro at 31, were stacked against. Yet his belief never wavered. Over the next seven years, he won 16 of 18 fights, collecting Celtic and Irish Featherweight titles along the way. Then came his ultimate goal: European victory in September 2022 at the age of 37. With the right mindset and work ethic, dreams never die.
Through his role as lead boxing analyst with RTÉ, Eric has become a beloved figure among the sporting public. His strength and courage in getting to the final stage of Ultimate Hell Week last year won him a legion of loyal fans across the country.
